We are pleased to share that we’ve received planning approval for our project at ‘Treinny’ in Rezare!

Because the property is situated within the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), our primary focus was ensuring the design was sympathetic to this protected area. We worked closely with the local guidelines to ensure the new pitched roof and rear extension remain subservient to the original home, using matching materials that respect the character of the village.

A big thank you to Lezant Parish Council for their constructive feedback during the process, and we are delighted that the Tamar Valley National Landscape team were satisfied with the plans.

The design also includes new solar panels and biodiversity measures to ensure the home is ready for the future while conserving the natural beauty of the valley. We’re looking forward to getting started!
